When do orders get shipped and delivered
Orders placed before noon get shipped that same day.  Orders placed after noon get shipped the next business day.  We have been using USPS priority mail for many of our products so delivery is normally within 2-3 business days.  For custom, express, and international orders, we encourage you to call us directly so we may communicate the best shipping rates directly to you. 

Item not in stock
We are continually updating and revising our inventory.  We try to ensure that the inventory in hand matches what the store inventory level is but occasionally there is a mismatch and sometimes product you ordered may be temporarily out of stock.  In that case, we will communicate that to you immediately and provide a refund on the order.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call Customer Service, between 9 AM to 5 PM eastern time.  We will provide you with a return code.  Please include that with your merchandise.  We will replace the item or refund your money, whichever you prefer. 

E-mail list
We do not share our email list or any other info related to our customers with other companies.  

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days for a refund of the item price or an exchange for another item.  All returned items must be unused, new, and not damaged and have its original tags attached.
