Fees Relating to your Payment Method. You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your Payment Method by the issuer, bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, membership, overdraft, in-sufficient funds and over the credit limit fees.

Cancellation or Changes to Program by World Bazaar. World Bazaar may make changes to the WORLD BAZAAR products and services, including any promotional offers, at any time, and from time to time, without prior notice.
